Arnold Donald is president and CEO of Carnival Corporation, since 2013, and its chief climate officer. He has served on the board since 2001. Previously, Donald was president and CEO of the Executive Leadership Council, a professional network and leadership forum for African-American executives of Fortune 500 companies, and before that, president and CEO of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International. Earlier, he was chairman of Merisant Company. Donald had a 20-plus-year career at Monsanto Company, where he was corporate senior vice president, president of the consumer and nutrition sector, and president of the Agricultural sector. He currently serves on the Bank of America Corporation board and chairs the World Travel and Tourism Council.
