Roger Williams is president of Bluesource, a company that creates tailored sustainability strategies for private and public companies, nonprofits, and government. A climate, energy, and sustainable development professional with over 20 years’ experience, he is an expert and pioneer in environmental markets with a background in building companies and teams that create scalable environmental benefits and returns for investors. Prior to coming to Bluesource in 2006, Williams was international program director for ICLEI (Local Governments for Sustainability) USA. Before that, he was director of business development at Kirell Energy Systems and director of business development at WorldWater & Solar Technologies. Earlier, he was a broker in environmental markets at Cantor Fitzgerald. Williams was a Peace Corps agroforestry volunteer in Guatemala for three years.
