Martin Doyle is a professor of water science and policy at Duke University. His research encompasses hydrology, federal policy and infrastructure finance. Doyle also directs the water policy program at Duke’s Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions and co-organizes the Aspen-Nicholas Water Forum. Previously, he was an associate professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
